2022 annual gala raises over $52,000

Thank you to everyone who attended and supported the 2022 Annual Gala & Fundraiser on November 19! We are thrilled to report that this year’s event raised over $52,000 in support of MPCT’s community programming.

Held at the East York Civic Centre, the evening featured a three-course dinner, live music by The Don Valley Ramblers, and a silent auction with over 40 items donated by local businesses and artists.

Highlights included:

  • A keynote address by artist and educator Lillian Burry
  • A live art demonstration by Teen Studio participants
  • A paddle raise that brought in $14,000 for subsidised youth programming
